What data we process and why

  • Contact form: name, company name, e-⁠mail, phone, the services you are interested in, the text of your message and campaign data (UTM parameters, page address, date). Purpose: handling your enquiry and replying with an offer. Legal basis: your consent and steps taken before entering into a contract.
  • Traffic and advertising measurement (cookies): anonymised and pseudonymised data on behaviour on the website and the performance of ad campaigns (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel). Purpose: evaluating and improving marketing. Legal basis: your consent to cookies, which you can decline and withdraw at any time.
  • Technical data: IP address and server logs are used for the security and operation of the website (legitimate interest).

Retention period

We keep form data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any subsequent cooperation, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact if no contract is concluded. Cookie data is kept by the providers according to their own periods.

Recipients of data

Data may be processed by our service providers: the e-⁠mail and hosting provider, Google (analytics and advertising) and Meta (advertising), or a contact management tool. We do not sell data to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
